EcoLeadership™ (Individual)

The leader in this case study is the CEO of a large Romanian company with a turnover of over EUR 500 million, a leader in its reference industry and affiliated to a French multinational group.

The program, held between July and October 2023, had as main behavioral objectives for the leader:

  1. Constant communication of the vision

  2. Transition from operational micromanagement to a strategic executive role

  3. Rapid implementation of decisions.

There were significant improvements in the perception of the 13 stakeholders directly interested in the evolution of his leadership style, with a positive increase of approximately 250% on all three behavioral objectives.

EcoLeadership™ - Team

This case involved a team coaching program conducted between 2019 and 2020 in one of the plants of an automotive group with an international presence in over 100 countries and origins in the United States. The factory in Romania has several thousand employees and a leadership team consisting of 9 leaders.

The program aimed to align individual and team values ​​with organizational objectives, being structured in three stages: individual authenticity, team collaboration and strategic action.

Results included a significant reduction in team cultural entropy from 19% to 6%, indicating improved team cohesion and performance.
