Service Description:

The EcoLeadership™️ Leadership Development Program is a comprehensive, structured coaching journey designed to help executives develop lasting leadership impact and build a meaningful legacy within their organizations. Spanning 8 to 12 months, this program combines deep, personalized coaching with goal-oriented leadership development, giving leaders the tools to inspire, influence, and create sustainable change.

Methodologies Used:

  • Existential Coaching and Logotherapy for aligning leadership decisions with the leader’s personal purpose and values, fostering a sense of legacy-driven leadership.

  • Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC) for structured feedback from colleagues and teams, enhancing self-awareness and accountability throughout the program.

  • Richard Barrett Leadership Values Assessments for alignment of leadership with core values for sustainable success and meaningful impact.

Structure:

  • Initial Assessment: Comprehensive assessments of leadership values, personality and behaviors, to identify personality style and attitudinal patterns, with the help of relevant psychometric tests and interviews with important stakeholders of the act of leadership.

  • Goal Setting: Isolating the behaviors that need to be improved and undertaking them within a predictable coaching program, with the involvement of relevant stakeholders.

  • Systematic accompaniment: Methods such as regular feedback and feedforward from involved stakeholders and shadow coaching are used to assess the progress of behavioral change efforts. This feedback is used to adjust approaches and tailor the coaching program to the leader's current needs, encouraging authentic and sustained development.

  • Closure: At the end of the program, the leader is encouraged to reflect on his journey, observe both internal and external transformations, and establish steps to maintain the progress made.
